My goal is for each rider to leave with a properly set-up bicycle and the knowledge to understand how small changes in position can have a big impact on comfort, efficiency, and performance.

The Key Elements of Bicycle Fit
My goal is for riders to leave our session with a bike that is properly set up for them and an understanding of how small adjustments to their position can make a big difference. We take various body measurements and translate those numbers into logical mathmatics and easy to better understand bicycyle design and egonomics.

A Touring Cyclists Dream to Ride to Florida
Me finally making it to the beginning of US Rt. 1 in Florida.
I never ended up riding to Florida, but finally got there on a family trip to the Florida Keys. That is where this photo was taken, we went to Key West on a day trip.
In high school I had aspirations of riding to Florida after our Sr. year with a friend.
I never made the trip but was urged by my father to get a job at the local pro shop and to start riding with them then into racing. That dream of riding to Florida did get me into the wonderful world of Cycling. And for that I am forever grateful.
1990 US National Time Trial
I qualified for USCF Nationals 6 times on both the road & track. I was a USCF (USA Cycling) coach for 10 years.
Still Riding Today - Mostly Road & Tandem. I aim for 4k miles/yr - Roughly 2.5k on our tandem & 1.5k on by myself and with group rides.
Best Riding in New York State
I’ve ridden all over this country and I am in love with the roads of Saratoga County. I tell people we would drive at least an hour to get to roads like the ones just at the end of my driveway.
